Raising global leaders’ consciousness and capabilities to the next level

Biography

I have been supporting leaders and organizations successfully achieving their global leadership objectives since 2001.  Based on a solid understanding of international business processes, systems and structures, and intercultural dynamics, I have consulted with more than 100 multinational companies and their people in raising their leadership consciousness and capabilities to the next level.

I bring broad experience and perspectives gained from working with companies across many different industries, from technology to manufacturing, healthcare and finance, and energy and entertainment.  In the last two decades I have engaged with organizations as a leadership facilitator, cross cultural consultant, and executive coach in the areas of global leadership and team development. My clients have included c-suite executives, international board members, regional and country heads, as well as senior to middle management.

I have significant experience facilitating changes in organizational culture and longitudinal (from six month to two years) leadership development programs in APAC with a variety of global companies. I was part of the facilitator team which delivered Ford’s ‘Compass’ program and ELP in mainland China, India, ASEAN and Australia, Swire’s OLP program in Hong Kong and China, FWD’s Future Wise programs in Asia Pacific.

I have supported hundreds of leaders with individual coaching and team coaching as part of leadership development programs.  I support leaders on their own journey of discovery of who they are as a human being, and as a leader. To get in touch with their core values and internal compass to raise their leadership consciousness to the next level.

With a keen interest in contributing to a positive state of nature and a thriving biodiversity to support the future of life on planet earth, I have founded and manager LumiVoce Charitable Foundation, to inspire and educate the next generation to love and protect wildlife through the arts.  (www.lumivoce.org)  With our annual Voices for the Planet programs, we have directly engaged with 19,000 students, teachers, and families through working with over 128 educational institutions. We have engaged over a hundred global artists and wildlife experts to support these programs.

Born and raised in China, I received my master’s and doctorate in the US, after which I taught in US universities for six years, traveling and performing in Europe during the summers.
