Biography

Angela is an executive coach, leadership consultant and business adviser. With 25+ years of experience including C- suite positions in sales & marketing, human resources and operations, she is passionate about helping leaders and organizations grow. When working with leaders, Angela believes it is important to tackle both immediate priorities and long term goals. Having experienced the intensity of leading through changes ranging from mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, economic downturns and exponential growth, Angela recognizes the importance of applying new leadership techniques to immediate workplace challenges. Her clients value her ability to ask relevant questions and identify practical changes that help them achieve immediate progress and results. Her consulting practice includes working with leaders to enhance their interpersonal effectiveness as they rise to roles with expanded influence (including board interaction), executive team development, mentoring executives in sales, HR and general management, and high potential development. Angela holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Organizational Psychology from The University of Michigan. She is a certified facilitator of several leadership, coaching and career management programs and has worked with clients ranging from early stage to Fortune 500 including Johnson & Johnson, Northwestern Mutual, Ink Factory Studio, Universum, and PepsiCo. In addition to service on corporate Advisory Boards, Angela is a lifelong volunteer and has served on various non-profit and professional association boards and actively supports student leadership through her work with ASP (Appalachia Service Project), Care for Friends and Payton Boosters.
