Andrea is an advisor and coach. She designs for small, medium, and large organizations that seek modern ideas for talent strategy, recruiting strategy, organization design, learning & development, and diversity & belonging.¬† Talent Strategy: Partners with leaders and teams (CEO, COO, CHRO, or Talent Development Leaders) to develop rational & innovative plans that connect the talent strategy to the business strategy. Services include designing tools and facilitating: talent strategy, recruiting and talent planning, talent reviews, succession planning, change management, organization design, culture development, and employee engagement. Diversity + Belonging: Andrea will help organizations design from the inside-out a comprehensive, measurable, and effective diversity and belonging plan. Includes design & measurement for hiring, performance reviews, and promotion processes. She has extensive expertise in belonging and what increases or decreases it. Design Thinking for Teams: Using human-centered design skills, she facilitates team strategy and planning sessions live or virtually – with both larger and small teams – to get the best thinking from the group. Borrowing frameworks rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and design thinking, she develops solutions to get people out of outdated practices and mindsets. She strives to balance strategy and vision, while grounded in simple first steps.

Also, she was the leader of the Talent Operations team performing activity analysis and operations review. Andrea also led Diversity & Belonging strategy, practices, and research.
