Tim is a seasoned leader and business development executive with a rich background in people development, spanning pre-seed startups to Fortune 100 companies. His 15+ years in the field have cemented his reputation as a leadership development expert, adept at designing sustainable, simple solutions for complex human-centered challenges.
At ProjectNext Leadership, Tim leverages his experience as a former Chief Revenue Officer at StoryBolt, a groundbreaking diversity and inclusion startup. He led learning initiatives in organizations, helping them embrace diversity, inclusion, and mental health through film and dialogue. Before StoryBolt, Tim honed his skills at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) for a decade, where he was deeply involved in leadership learning and research, focusing on organizational change, coaching cultures, and digital transformation, impacting well over twenty thousand individuals during his tenure.

Tim holds an MBA in Marketing from South University and a BA in Political Science and Economics from San Diego State University. His academic pursuits have primarily revolved around the economies and politics of Latin America, reflecting his personal connections to the region. Fluent in English, conversational in Spanish, and with a working knowledge of Portuguese, Tim’s linguistic skills enhance his global perspective and reach across the world.
Residing in San Diego, California, Tim leads an active lifestyle by practicing Pilates, swimming, paddle boarding, reading, and meditation. He is a vocal advocate for mental health and a committed member of the San Diego LGBTQ+ community. Tim was the founding member and former President of the Impulse Group, a global non-profit promoting health awareness for the LGBTQ+ community. He is currently serving on the Board of the San Diego Equality Business Association (SDEBA).
