Biography

Rob is a highly experienced executive coach and business consultant with 25+ years of experience. With a background in behavior science (clinical and learning Psychologist, Ph.D.), Rob is able to quickly address key challenges, needs, and performance accelerators for both people and organizations.   He has worked across many different industries including product development for Fortune ranked companies, leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership, and as a management consultant (specializing in M&A, turn-around, and restructuring). He specializes in the assessment, selection, and development of executive talent.   Rob has published multiple articles and book chapters. He has also delivered keynote sessions in the U.S., Russia, Singapore, and United Kingdom. They focus on executive coaching, leadership development, executive assessment and selection, and C-Suite succession planning.   With an interest in customization to best fulfill unique needs, he has designed and delivered programs globally for many of the world’s largest organizations. This work has included large-scale, multi-level/multi-year initiatives across a variety of skills and content domains. He has also created custom assessments for clients, when needed.   Rob enjoys partnering with the client to co-design the path forward. Through this cooperative approach, the client learns and applies new insights that produce short and long-term gains. This increased sense of ownership and achievement and helps clients achieve a healthier, more sustainable, and self-governed future.

  • Annually partner with Boards and Private Equity firms to assess executive candidates for selection and/or succession, then provide onboarding or transition coaching for the candidate(s)
  • Annually design, implement, and facilitate multiple custom programs and initiatives across a variety of industries and leadership/skills topics
  • Annually facilitate multiple executive team strategy development sessions, then provide on-going team and organizational level support and coaching to ensure successful implementation and outcomes
  • Annually conduct high-risk, turn-around interventions with under-performing executives, executive teams, or organizational functions to turn around performance and make necessary changes to meet stakeholder expectations
