Biography

Neel specialises in building the capacity of senior leaders and executives to thrive in an age of accelerating complexity. Working at the intersection of change, leadership and design thinking, he helps leaders adopt an experimental, purpose-driven, mindset to navigate social, environmental and technological megatrends. Neel works as an Executive Coach, Programme Integrator, Facilitator and Designer and balances emphasis on leaders’ inner work and their visible impact. He has over 20 years of experience working with senior leaders in well-known organisations across the technology, biotech/pharma, energy & natural resources, FMCG, automotive and professional services sectors. In addition to his work developing leaders, he has significant consulting experience and was a Director in KPMG’s UK Management Consulting team and a member of BP’s internal consulting team. Prior to his consulting career, Neel worked for Unilever, Goldman Sachs and DE Shaw & Co. He is British (of Indian origin) and has worked internationally across a variety of cultures and countries including UK, Switzerland, India, Angola, Brazil, China, South Africa, Germany, Japan, USA, Canada, Spain, Italy and Netherlands.

Background

Neel graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a 1st class honours degree in Economics. He is also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), currently holding a Senior Practitioner Level credential. He was trained in innovation techniques by ?WhatIf! and studied design with the Open University in the UK. Neel is also a qualified accountant, registered with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
