Background

  • Coached the President of a renewable energy company interested in building a strong executive leadership team and aided him in defining his personal goals as well as clarifying the strategic targets and desired culture of his organization. Monica was later invited to coach the entire executive team using group coaching techniques that achieved greater collaboration and in defining standards for the performance of the senior leadership team and the greater organization. This led the group to make key changes in structure, standards and approach that led to a strong improvement in financial performance.
