Jesus is a seasoned global executive coach, with over 15 years of practice in complex environments. His approach is informed by over two decades of experience as a Fortune 50 senior executive, where he sat at the table in areas ranging from engineering, marketing, sales operations, government affairs, and corporate strategy development.

He’s lived in 8 different countries and has had the privilege to coach leaders and teams from over 38 different countries in North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia across a wide variety of industries and issues.

Representative Assignments

• CIO of Worldwide Operations (Food Manufacturer): This leader needed to develop greater executive presence and influence, increased assertiveness in driving results, and develop a framer for prioritizing and delivering on goals in a highly matrixed organization.  He became a much more strategic leader who was more vocal and visible and who used assertiveness and organizational tools to delegate more effectively.
• CEO and C-Suite Team (Multinational Pharmaceutical): Coaching focused on a needed culture change to facilitate the organization becoming more innovative.  As a result of the team coaching, they launched three key initiatives aimed at developing a creative culture that rewards innovative ideas and manages failures appropriately.
• VP, Technology & Innovation (Fortune 100 Organization): Coaching focused on resolving several areas of conflict with other members of the leadership team, expanding his participation with the same teams, and clarifying his career development goals.
• Executive Team reporting to CEO (Leading Multinational Bank): Jesus helped the team to identify that they were “stuck” in a comfortable state, preventing them from adjusting to a highly competitive and rapidly changing environment.  They focused on improving decision making and becoming an agile leadership team. 

Additional Experience/Recognition

Before becoming an Executive Coach, Jesus worked as Head of Europe Business Development and as President and General Manager for Intel Corporation in Latin America, where he oversaw the chipmaker’s most significant growth expansion in years. Prior to that, he served as Intel Capital, VP and Chief of Staff to Intel’s Executive Vice President for Sales & Marketing, as the organization navigated one of its largest global restructurings and as Intel’s Managing Director for the south of Europe.  Jesus developed a track-record of building vibrant high impact teams across cultures, leading successful high stakes negotiations, successfully turning around businesses that were experiencing operations or performance challenges and managing P&Ls that exceeded revenues and profit targets. In 2003, he became Europe’s youngest Managing Director and in 2006 he was recognized as one of the top ten most influential executives in the digital economy by Expansion magazine. Before entering the technology field, Jesus was an innovative entrepreneur in the tourism, distribution, and advertisement industries.
