Laurie Voss is a seasoned learning and development professional with twenty-five years of experience in executive assessment, coaching, facilitation, and team development. She is an executive coach to leaders who want to use stakeholder feedback and self insight to lead with greater energy, efficacy, and purpose. She provides coaching-related services like multi-month learning cohorts for high potential leaders and coaching programs that teach coaching skills such as giving and receiving feedback. She also enjoys deploying small and large-scale assessment projects. She works with Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies across consumer goods, energy, industrial, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology, and transportation..
Prior to starting her own leadership consultancy in 2014, Laurie was a Managing Principal at Korn Ferry. She co-led the executive coaching practice and drove strategy for research and development, marketing, and sales support worldwide. She designed an award-wining executive assessment process to support succession planning. She and her teams developed and delivered multi-month, multi-city, multi-continent leadership development programs for numerous Fortune 500 firms. She is author of white papers, articles, and co-authored Adaptive Coaching, 2nd Edition. She served on the board of directors at StoneAge Inc for six years.
