About:

Lacy Roberson is a veteran Organization Development and Human Resources Leader with over 25 years of progressive experience helping teams and organizations unlock their potential while leveraging their strengths, maximizing their impact, and staying true to their values. Her background includes working with C-suite executives, senior managers, HR professionals and BODs of Fortune 500 organizations. Lacy has most recently served as Chief People Development Officer for eBay, Inc. In this role, she worked with a broad set of teammates and executives to design and implement talent and OD strategies that foster an engaged and high performing talent pool. Examples include redefining high potential identification and development programs, facilitating executive talent review discussions, designing succession planning and development strategies for senior leaders and critical roles, and coaching teams and executives through growth planning initiatives. Lacy has a Doctorate (Ed.D) in Organizational/Work-based Learning Leadership from University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and Wharton School of Business. She has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelors (B.B.A.) in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She has lived, traveled, and/or worked in over 39 countries around the world, and offers rich expertise gathered through implementing global initiatives across cultures and industries. In her free time, she enjoys being in Austin with her very active 6-year-old, discovering great music, and traveling to unique destinations.
