Kristen Chester is a Director at ProjectNext Leadership. She designs, develops, and delivers many of our cohort development programs, with a passion for taking our research and translating it into executive experiences that deliver impactful, tangible results. In addition to her client work, Kristen leads ProjectNext Leadership’s marketing efforts.

Before ProjectNext, Kristen was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Leadership Practice. There, she was a trusted advisor to clients from the VP to C-Suite level, partnering with them to define their leadership strategy & approach, and develop the appropriate solutions to meet their needs. During her time at Deloitte, Kristen also worked with clients in the areas of broader Learning & Development, Organizational Culture, Employee Experience, and Change Management.

In addition to her Leadership work, Kristen has a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, which she weaves into her work with large global organizations. She is the founder of a sustainable womenswear brand and uses her experience to coach other creative entrepreneurs on how to grow and scale in a way that is true to who they are.
