About:

Keith had a 35-year career at The Clorox Company, a world-class Fortune 500 consumer products company, where he spent his final 19 years as a senior executive officer, including time on the Executive Committee and extensive experience working with the Board of Directors. He had leadership responsibility for teams as small as 10 and as large as 400 people. Keith’s passion for developing collaborative, high performing teams was triggered when, despite having almost no technology background, he was promoted to Chief Information Officer. While he brought significant business and leadership skills to the role, he immediately recognized that complete success would only be possible if he complemented his strengths (and made up for his gaps) by utilizing the skills and talents of the IT team in a highly collaborative manner. Through that experience and with additional specialized training, Keith developed expertise in High-Performance Executive Team Coaching and considers it one of the last remaining competitive advantages in business. Keith has coached many leadership teams and high-level individuals both at Clorox and in private practice. In addition to private coaching clients, Keith is a lecturer at UC-Berkeley, with the Master of Engineering Program’s Fung Institute and is a guest lecturer at the Haas Business School Executive Education program. Keith holds both an MBA degree in Finance & General Management from Haas Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC-Berkeley. In his consulting practice, he focuses on two key areas:

  • Leadership Coaching and Development

  • Team Performance
