Judith is an experienced organizational development consultant who specializes in facilitating executive team interactions including group decision-making and problem-solving processes. She works primarily with senior executives in a variety of fields including technology, manufacturing, human resources, accounting, academia, not-for-profit, and healthcare. In an OD career spanning more than 25 years, Judith led the change management effort in an organization implementing SAP, developed and led the Organizational Culture and Leadership practice in a consulting company, developed and implemented culture and leadership assessments, designed and delivered interpersonal skills training in the Americas, Europe, and Asia for a premier professional services firm, and instructed MBA students at the Haas Graduate School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Judith graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
