Jeff Rosenthal is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of ProjectNext Leadership, a global leader in executive leadership and team development. Along with his co-founder Molly Rosen, he provides insight and consulting on key senior leadership and succession planning topics, such as creating high performing executive teams, communicating to engage workforces, and leading across silos in matrixed organizations (as most recently described in their Harvard Business Review article, How to Lead Across a Siloed Organization, 2024).

For over 30 years, Jeff has worked with leading organizations such as Nike, Intuit and Nationwide to help organizations to prepare leaders and teams in senior roles. Previously, Jeff led the Executive Readiness practice at Deloitte Leadership, was the CEO of Berkeley-Haas Executive Education, and ran the global Technology sector for Korn Ferry’s Leadership & Talent Consulting business.

Jeff is a frequent publisher and speaker on a variety of executive leadership topics. He lives in Lafayette, California, has served on multiple boards of youth development and community organizations.
