Jane is an experienced executive coach and leadership consultant with over 25 years of expertise in Organizational Design, Cross-Cultural Leadership, and Education (EdD). She supports individuals in finding meaning in their careers and helps organizations create inclusive, thriving workplaces.

Throughout her career, Jane has held leadership roles in Organizational Development and Talent, focusing on leadership transitions and nurturing inclusive environments. She specializes in mid-career transitions, inclusive talent and leadership selection, and helping leaders navigate new roles and responsibilities successfully. Jane has lived, worked, and conducted research in China, Hong Kong, Japan, India, and Singapore, adding to her global perspective.

In addition to her leadership work, Jane has shared her insights on Bloomberg, where she discussed her research on Asian Women in Leadership. She is the author of several books, including I Wish I’d Known That Earlier in My Career: The Power of Positive Workplace Politics, Now It’s Clear: The Career You Own, and How Asian Women Lead: Lessons for Global Organizations. Her forthcoming book, Inclusive Coaching, is scheduled for publication in 2025.

Jane has delivered presentations on Political Savvy, Career Navigation, and Inclusive Leadership across China, Japan, Italy, Australia, Dubai, and the United States. Her work emphasizes bringing humanity back to the workplace and driving positive behavioral change.

With a consultative approach, Jane collaborates with clients to co-create initiatives that deliver measurable results. She has partnered with leadership teams across the Asia Pacific region on multi-year projects to transform organizational cultures.

Her academic background further enhances her practical approach—her dissertation explored

leadership in the Asia Pacific Region through narrative inquiry, a method she incorporates into
