About:
Yoav works to enhance leadership capacity in a dynamic environment through a coaching methodology that’s grounded in positive psychology, mindfulness and his extensive professional experience. He spent more than two decades leading global teams in large complex organizations and advising leaders across a range of industries, business functions and geographies. In his consulting role, Yoav focuses on evidence-based interventions in three areas:
Executive Coaching, working primarily with VPs and C-Suite clients that are driven to enhance their performance and minimize their blind-spots.
Team Effectiveness, helping teams improve psychological safety and performance by surfacing and collectively removing barriers to success.
Projects and Initiatives, helping to ensure alignment and successful implementation of organizational design, talent development, and change management efforts.
Yoav completed his doctoral coursework in Organizational Psychology (ABD) at the California School of Professional Psychology, now Alliant International University where he also earned his M.A. in Organizational Psychology. He received his B.A. in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude from Southern Connecticut State University. Yoav received additional training in organizational design from the University of Southern California and completed Dr. Jon Kabot-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training. He’s qualified to administer the MBTI and Firo-B Assessments. Yoav lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, kids and dog. He enjoys cooking and micro farming. He regularly volunteers with community organizations and helps coach and support individuals who suffer from chronic pain.
