Biography

Victoria Reichenberg brings over 20 years of operations and business experience, having led teams in a range of complex organizational systems. She has a unique understanding of how resource limitations, competing demands, and time pressure can impact group performance. As an executive coach and organization consultant, Victoria’s work is anchored in evidence-based solutions that create sustainable change at all levels of the organization. Her clients benefit from her deep expertise in team performance, large-scale organizational change, leadership development, and executive coaching, with a special emphasis on healthcare. Clients include: Kaiser Permanente, UCSF Medical Center, Samsung, Hazel, and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Victoria spent her early career leading creative teams for companies like Visa, Microsoft, Cisco and Gap. As a communications leader, she created stories and media focused on driving employee engagement in countries around the world, including England, Mexico, India, Japan, and Australia.  She holds an MS in Organization Development from USF’s School of Management, and a BA from UC Santa Cruz. She is a certified coach and uses various leadership and career development instruments in her work.  Victoria lives in Oakland, California, with her family.
