Biography
Swati is an energetic business partner whose thirty years of business experience includes strengths-based executive coaching, the design and delivery of high-impact leadership programs, and human resources strategic planning. Her executive level positions at well-respected companies such as General Electric, The William Wrigley Jr. Company, and Deloitte, have ranged from general management and corporate strategy to culture change and the design and implementation of global initiatives. She has held executive-level positions in global human resources, consulting, information technology, and corporate strategy teams. She holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and she is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. She also leverages various leadership and team effectiveness tools in her work, such as Immunity to Change, Leadership Circle 360, EQi, Hogan Assessments, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. She focuses on three main areas in her leadership and consulting practice:
