Simona Cattabiani has extensive experience in coaching business executives and leaders and facilitating and training groups at all levels internationally, also collaborating with different international companies on coaching, leadership and mentoring programmes across Europe, USA and Asia. Simona is tri-lingual in English, Portuguese and Italian, with fluent French.

Simona is also a certified trainer and mentor for an ICF accredited certification coaching programme, addressing Individual, Teams and Organisational Coaching and working on the training and certification of new coaches. She is also a facilitator and mentor on a programme for Coaching Skills for HRDs with an international retail group in Paris, New York and Asia. Simona is a Coaching Supervisor and works with coaches in order for them to deepen their own professional development.

Simona works systemically and holistically with the whole person, with their inner and outer worlds, on rational, behavioural and emotional levels, working with leaders in ways that respond to today’s emergent crisis.

Simona loves travelling and reading and has run her own Book Club since 2008. She loves cooking, being in nature and practice Mindfulness & Feldenkrais Method.
