Shelina has earned the reputation of being an expert master facilitator and is passionate about creating positive change in peoples personal and professional lives. She has worked with thousands of leaders across the globe to increase their skills and effectiveness and has helped numerous organizations build and scale their learning organizations.
Prior to starting her own consulting practice, Shelina was the Director of Global Retail Training at Apple where she was responsible for leading a team of 45+ Design Leaders, Instructional Designers, Program Managers and Production Specialists to support the skill development needs of over 60,000 Apple employees globally. She held the Head of Learning role at Walmart eCommerce where she was instrumental in building the company’s Talent Development Strategy. She spent 13 years at Gap where she held various learning roles including being responsible for the design, development and implementation of Gap Inc’s Core Leadership Development Program.
