Scott joined Unity in May 2020 as Chief People Officer. His responsibilities include all aspects of HR, recruiting, workplace experience and security. Prior to Unity, Scott led Human Resources for Amazon’s largest business, the Worldwide Consumer Organization. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Partner Resources Officer at Starbucks Corporation, and served in various senior HR roles at Microsoft Corporation. His pre-HR career includes investment banking and strategy consulting and holds a B.A. in finance and management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
