Biography

Scott has worked for over twenty-five years in the field of leadership development and corporate consulting.  As a consultant and executive coach, he brings candor, objectivity, confidentiality, fresh perspectives, expertise, humor, and a breadth of experience in different organizational cultures, industries and business environments.  In his previous role, as Vice President of BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies, his focus was on helping people and businesses to perform at their highest potential.  Scott joined BlessingWhite in 1999 to lead client solutions and relationships.  Prior to BlessingWhite, Scott worked at the Prudential Insurance Company and Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company in various lines of business, and corporate learning.  Scott has a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers University and an M.A. in Adult Education and Training from Montclair State University.  He completed the Harvard Business School Executive Development Program – Leading Professional Service Firms. He brings extensive knowledge of the insurance/financial services, pharmaceutical and advertising industries through his work with clients like BMS, Canon, Chubb, Cigna, Colgate, Havas Health, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Everest Re, Munich Re, Novartis, Ortho Clinical, Prudential, PSE&G, QVC, Selective Insurance, SunTrust, Teva, and Weichert.   Scott is a featured public speaker on talent management, leadership development and coaching. He lives at the Jersey Shore with his wife and has three young-adult children.  Scott is President of Goodwill Fire Company and enjoys running on the boardwalk and walking on the beach.  What drives him is helping others thrive in their work and in their life.
