Olivia Snover is a Project Manager at ProjectNext Leadership. Her work is focused on developing and executing project plans for consulting and leadership development projects to ensure success for all stakeholders. Most recently, Olivia worked at St. Olaf College in the Annual Giving office. In that role, she focused on student and young alumni philanthropy where she built new engagement and educational programs. Previously, she worked in the alumni engagement office with a focus on external communications and volunteer management. She cares deeply about diversity, equity, and inclusion. At St. Olaf College, she worked with a cross-organizational committee on developing processes around more equitable hiring practices and increasing diverse candidate pools. She holds a BA from St. Olaf College where she majored in history and concentrated in management studies. She lives in the Twin Cities area.
