Kristen is a passionate and experienced Leadership Design & Development Consultant. She has worked with leaders across industries, including energy, financial services, manufacturing, and agriculture/food production. She specializes in designing and delivering global, transformative leadership development experiences, designing and facilitating team strategy sessions, and assessment and coaching at all levels. Kristen’s work focuses on clearly understanding the business strategy of an organization and identifying and developing the leadership capability required to meet not just today’s objectives, but tomorrow’s aspirations. Kristen is a firm believer that leadership is required at all levels of an organization, and that leadership doesn’t just “happen,” but must be intentionally cultivated. Most recently, Kristen was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting in their Leadership Practice. There, Kristen was a trusted advisor to clients from the VP to C-Suite level, partnering with them to define their leadership strategy & approach and develop the appropriate solutions to meet their needs. During her time at Deloitte, Kristen also worked with clients in the areas of broader Learning & Development, Organizational Culture, Employee Experience, and Change Management. In addition to her role as a Leadership Design & Development Consultant, Kristen has a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, which she weaves into her work with large global organizations. She is the founder of a sustainable womenswear brand and uses her experience to coach other creative entrepreneurs on how to grow and scale in a way that is true to who they are. Early in her career, Kristen was in marketing & sales in the automotive, hospitality, and technology sectors. She has her MBA and a BA in Psychology & Spanish from Vanderbilt University. She resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, young son, & two labrador retrievers.
