Blanca is a change management evangelist and catalyst for organizational evolution, engaging leaders and teams of forward-thinking companies through coaching, mentorship, collaboration, and fostering cultures of inclusion and diversity. She refined her skills over 20 years in the Life Science industry, where she held leadership and general management roles across manufacturing, product development, marketing, and the people arm of global IT. The resonant theme in each role was successful coaching and a keen focus on leadership development. Following an impactful global marketing career, she leveraged her deep enterprise-wide expertise and people skills to launch Bio-Rad’s Organizational Change Management practice, where she led technology adoption and change management initiatives globally, helping the company to transform into a multi-billion dollar business. She specializes in helping leaders develop and scale high-performing teams, with a passion for coaching leaders of color and all underrepresented minorities. Her multidisciplinary experience and diverse personal background enable her to effectively straddle multiple worlds and provide a unique leadership perspective at the intersection of gender, race, and functional expertise. She is currently advising and consulting on Change Management, OD, and Diversity and Inclusion, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Point Reyes National Seashore Association where she is leading the organization on its own DEI journey.
