Objective

To fortify Black and African-American, LatinX, Asian, or Middle Eastern leaders’ essential skills to effectively lead their teams and take on even greater responsibility throughout their careers. The program supports participants to continuously invest in their self-awareness, expand their capabilities, and strengthen their networks within a community of leaders who share common challenges and experiences in business.

Who Should Participate

Black and African-American, LatinX, Asian, or Middle Eastern leaders in Director, Senior Director, or VP positions who are interested in accelerating their career progress.

Stakeholder Strategy: Intentionally managing key relationships to achieve strategic priorities

Decision-making: Learn successful decision-making styles for senior leaders

Leadership Communication: Building trust, speaking with clarity, inspiring others to act

Program Format

  • 4-month cohort-based program composed of senior Black and African-American, LatinX, Asian, or Middle Eastern leaders. Enables ongoing dialogue and peer coaching.
  • Maximum 18 participants for high interactivity.
  • 5 cohort sessions with regular communication and assignments between sessions.
  • Individual and small-group coaching for guidance and support on individual development priorities, career goals, and integration of cohort learning topics.
  • Highly engaging virtual format over 16 weeks.
  • 360 assessment based on the requirements for high-impact senior roles.
